Managed device is any device that responds to a ping such as PC, Printer, Server, Switch, Router, Firewall etc. Using methods such as SNMP, WMS, CDP, EDP, Alcatel Interswitch Discovery Protocol, LLDP, SIP Queries, Netbios.
Any assets you create or add manually also counts towards your asset limit.

You can purchase a license using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Wire transfer, Check/Money order and various other payment methods.
If your subscription is active, the billing contact will receive an automated email with renewal instructions approximately 60 days prior to your license expiration date. At that time you can choose to renew or cancel your license. If you renew your subscription you will receive a new license key which you can apply to your Codima Toolbox installation.

All new features are included when renewing an annual/subscription license. All Perpetual licenses that has active maintenance agreements will be updated with new functions and features for that product but not if new Perpetual products are introduced they are not included. Updates are installed over your existing installation and leave your existing data and settings intact.
Reinstalling is not required in order to update. We always advise you to make a back-up of your installation before updating. More instruction can be found in the manual.
