Scope
The Codima Group (“Codima”, “the Company”)operates a zero tolerance to slavery and humantrafficking.
This statement is made in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the Company’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current year.
The Company expects all those in our supply chain to comply with our values and to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.
This statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
This statement applies to all employees and managers of the Company, and extends to any organisation or individual that the Company conducts business with.

The Company understands and is committed to making sure that there is no modern slavery within our own business or in any aspect of our supply chain.

The Company carries out business with various companies worldwide and considers the nature of the business we carry out to be low risk in relation to modern slavery.
Specific Measures

Right to work in the US and UK – documentation is obtained and checked for each job applicant.

Supplier auditing – each new supplier must provide a valid Modern Slavery statement as part of the sign-up process.
Responsibilities

The board of directors are accountable for making sure the company is acting with due diligence and willensure any risk assessments are carried out prior to engaging with suppliers and customers.

The Senior Managers of the Company are responsible for supply chain verification for existing and future suppliers in relation to the Modern Slavery Act.

All Team Leaders, Heads of Department, Senior Managers and the board have training on modern slavery and the implications for the Company.
